Returns

- Items must be in good condition

- Returns must be initiated within 100 days of delivery

- Original packaging is appreciated but not required

To start a return, email us at support@vividwallets.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect on your original payment method.

Looking to exchange your wallet for a different style or color? No problem.

To keep things simple and fast, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and initiating a return for the original. That way, your new wallet ships right away and you don’t have to wait for the exchange process.
